Anwar Hussain

Managing Director

Anwar Hussain is the Managing Director of Excellence Guarding Force India LLP, bringing in more than 10 years of executive leadership in the company. He holds an MBA in Human Resource and Business and has an Economics background with a strong insight into market dynamics, both domestic and international. His contribution to positioning Excellence Guarding Force India LLP among the top and fastest-growing security companies in India remains invaluable for the organization. As a leader, he manages and operates the largest region of Excellence Guarding Force India LLP, covering North, East, South, West, and Central divisions. Over the years, he has grown with the company, maximizing the outreach of EGFI in all sectors including IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Pharma, Education, Infrastructure, E-commerce, Banking, and Telecom. His plans include driving a customer-centric focus throughout the company and broadening the Excellence Guarding Force India brand globally, positioning it as a leader in the Security, Facility Management, and Skills Development space.

He is responsible for driving Excellence Guarding Force India LLP’s revenue and leading the company’s corporate strategy and organizational growth. Additionally, he provides vision and leadership for all marketing and sales-led initiatives, including key functional areas like Corporate Finance, Accounts, Statutory Compliances, Operations, and Training.

Aftar Hussain

Director

Aftar Hussain is the Director of Excellence Guarding Force India LLP. He is a strategic planner in the domain of advertising, media, and public relations. He is an accomplished security professional with over 15 years of experience in the security domain. He holds a BCA from Anna University. A dedicated professional with more than 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, Aftar believes in developing customer relationships in a structured manner and operates with a focus on customer solutions through a defined management information system. He has consistently contributed to the growth of Excellence Guarding Force India LLP, both in terms of business and market share, with a focus on numbers and client management. Through his strategic planning, he has been able to generate business from some of the most vital key accounts and nationals like The Raintree Hotels, Huma Hospitals, Aditya Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, Janani Homes Pvt. Ltd, Hatsun, RMC Division, Ceebros Hotels, World Source Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd, Sofa City, RC Blossoms Association, Clark Inn Hotels, Ultra Beep Ops Private Ltd, to name a few. He has been responsible for a focused and planned growth roadmap for EGFI through his systematic deliverance and methodical productiveness. Taking charge to head the operations which have the maximum nationals and the influx of the IT/ITES segment, he has made a dent in the competitor’s portfolio by generating business and securing contracts with most of the IT and automobile companies.

Eakbal Hussain

Senior vice President

Mr. Eakbal Hussain is a Vice President of Excellence Guarding Force India LLP with over 15 years of professional experience in the security industry. He holds a BBA and has extensive experience in handling human resources, customer relationships, and acquiring new customers. He maps prospects at all levels with complete focus on numbers as well as revenue.

Meet Our CEO : Mr. MJ Monesh (Ex) Navy

A diligent and result-oriented finance leader, Mj.Manesh Ex-Navy as the EGFI Company CEO (Chief Executive Officer). Besides being an experienced Chartered Accountant, he is also a Certified Treasury Manager having worked with various reputed companies such as Accenture pvt.ltd., Acme Cleantech Solutions Limited, Omax Autos Ltd.

To EGFI, he brings expertise in Strategic Planning & Execution, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Optimization, Risk Management & Controls, and Compliance Management and other important aspects of Financial Planning and Management and proven track record of an accomplished CEO along with hands-on experience of a seasoned operations executive.

He is a recognized leader and a thorough professional, with high caliber, work orientation, and the ability to handle multiple functions and activities in a high-pressure environment. He has a stellar track record of execution of core strategic planning to achieve operational efficiency while delivering optimal results & business value in high-growth environments.

Before joining EGFI, MJ Manesh was at south head at NISA pvt.ltd, the largest power solutions company in India, which has a presence in 7 countries worldwide.

Meet Our General Manager : Mr. Vinod Kumar

Having joined EXCELLENCE, a Excellence Group of company in the year 2018, Vinod is a young and dynamic leader whose agile leadership and invaluable industry experience have benefitted the company in innumerable ways. Currently, in his role as the General Manager of Excellence Group of Company, he spearheads the team of PAN-India, inculcating in each team member the aggressive growth factor. His responsibility is to ascertain the right and sustainable growth for the organization which has maintained a consistent Y-o-Y growth rate of 20 percent for the past 6 years.

An MA graduate, Vinod brings to Excellence Group the invaluable experience of over 6 years in the facility management and security industry. His expertise in Excellence in Operations Store (ESOs) has helped the organization secure some of the finest business deals in its history. He has to have his credit for playing an important role in onboarding the industry giants at Excellence Group from diverse sectors such as IT/ITes, Banking & Finance, Retail, Real Estate, and Logistics. Being an indispensable part of the company, his essential focus always remains on looking out for new business growth avenues and explore opportunities for global expansion.

Before taking up a leadership role in Excellence Group, he had worked with Cherubim Group of company for five years accelerating its sales growth with result-oriented business and sales strategies.

Meet Our Marketing Manager : Mr. Bikram Mishra

Mr. Bikram Mishra is a dynamic and experienced professional who serves as the Marketing Manager for Excellence Guarding Force India LLP. With a proven track record in marketing and a passion for delivering results, Mr. Mishra plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business.

As the Marketing Manager, Mr. Mishra is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our services and expand our client base.
